The Process
Initial Call

Your inquiry form has been reviewed by a design consultant and we are now ready to book a consultation. During this call you can expect to discuss your event details, preliminary pricing, and design goals.

Proposal of Services

Within 72 hours from your phone consultation you will receive a customized client portal, which includes your itemized quote and invoice, mood board, contract, and payment options. A 25% deposit is required upon signing your contract to hold your date. The final payment will be due one month prior to your event.

You loved your consultation, have reviewed your cliental portal, and you are a client of The Scape. We are now excitedly counting down to the main event, and it is our goal to do so while alleviating stress so that you can focus on the fun. Though we will schedule an additional consultation to go over any updates or changes, we are accessible to you by phone or email throughout this planning process.
The final step is day of set up, and break down at the end of your event.
